I began my career with CPS as a Sales Representative covering the Chicago area in 2001. The company had me relocate to northern Minnesota to cover Minnesota and the Dakota’s. In 2005 I had the opportunity to purchase part of the company and I became a principal at Construction Product Sales. Today, I oversee all aspects of the company and cover Minnesota and North Dakota. In 2000, I graduated from the Southern Illinois University with BS degree in Biology.

I started working at CPS in March of 1993 as a warehouse associate. In 1997 I graduated from the University of Illinois – Chicago with a BA in Economics. Soon after graduation I began working as a sales representative for the company. In 2005 became a Principal of CPS and currently oversee all aspects of the business and cover Central Illinois, Northern Illinois, and NW Indiana.

I began my career at CPS at the end of 2018. I grew up in Wisconsin and Iowa and then relocated to Arizona. After attending college in Arizona, I took a job as a sales representative with a coffee company that relocated me to Illinois. I got my start in the industry in 2005, first with a distributor with American Fabricator Supply Company. My focus was calling on structural and miscellaneous steel fabricators selling fasteners, tools, and accessories in the Chicagoland area. In 2011 I became a regional sales manager for CS Unitec covering 4 states directly and managed independent representatives in 8 other states. I currently live in Oswego Illinois with my wife and daughter. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, fishing, and golf as well as other outdoor activities.

I started working with CPS in July of 2005 as the warehouse manager and helped with inside sales. In September of 2006 I was promoted to a sales representative covering Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2001 with a BA degree in Marketing Education and a minor in Business Administration.

My name is Tyler Curtiss and I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MN. I attended Grand Rapids High School and Itasca Community College and graduated in 2021 . I am very excited to be working with the CPS team! I grew up on a small hobby farm and enjoy fishing and hunting in my free time.

I began my career with CPS in January of 2024.  Prior to CPS, I was a Regional Sales Manager with Johnson Brothers & Associates, an independent representative agency. My territory included eastern Iowa, Missouri, and Southern Illinois.   Before Johnson Brothers & Associates, I was an outside sales rep for a St. Louis-based specialty tool and fastener distributor and branch manager at a nationally renowned fastener distributor.

I grew up in a small town just outside of St. Louis on the Illinois side of the river.  I graduated from Webster University in 2024.  Spending time with my family and friends is my favorite thing to do.  My wife is extremely gracious with my obsession with motorcycles and love of the outdoors.

I could not be more excited to be part of the CPS team, selling, promoting, and training customers on exceptional products and world-class brands.

I am proud to represent CPS, as of November 2025. I offer 25 years of industrial, safety, and equipment rental experience in the State of Michigan. My background involves roles in sales and management for industrial distribution and direct manufacturers. Construction and manufacturing are the gears that keep our country moving. My commitment is to keep these customers safe, efficient, and profitable.

A lifelong resident of Michigan, I call Ann Arbor home (GO BLUE!). I never met a challenge I didn’t embrace, most recently completing my BS in Business Administration, raising 6 children with my husband, leading a cub scout group of 50+, and taking up backpacking.

My background includes living a dream in 2007 and 2008 playing in the NFL for the New Orleans Saints. I graduated from Illinois State University with an interpersonal communications degree while also serving in the Army National Guard for six years. I have previous experience as an Account Manager within the Industrial Manufacturing industry, specializing in service and repair. I grew up as a farm kid and in my free time I love to hunt, fish, and spend time with my wife and golden retriever.

I am proud to represent CPS as of June 2026. I was born and raised in Gordonsville, TN, where I graduated from high school in 2015. After high school, I started my sales career with Fastenal, where I spent almost 11 years. I am an experienced leader with a strong background in industrial sales, operations, and customer relationship management, focused on growing business and leading successful teams. Outside of work, I enjoy water sports, hunting, sport shooting, and coaching youth sports, which reflect my competitive and team-oriented mindset. I am dependable, adaptable, and committed to achieving success both professionally and personally. I am extremely excited to be a part of the CPS team!
